A note about our phone lines: we have two business lines and each line has call-waiting, giving us a total of 4 possible lines. If you are calling during business hours and we do not appear to be answering, it is very likely that we are juggling phone lines and call waiting. Please DO NOT keep calling every few seconds as it interrupts the call that we are already taking; Wait about 5 or 10 minutes and then try again. In many cases, we will note the telephone number of who is attempting to call us while we are on the phone and we will try to call you back.
